  1. Hi George, Sorry, I have no explanation for that as I have never seen it. To me it sounds as if the Client Window is larger than the display screen. What is the size of the screen you are using for EFB display? Is it a scond screen? Does it fulfill the size requirements of minimum 1280 x 960Pixels? It would be really helpful if you could provide a bit more details on your installation. This way we have to go back and forth to find out basics on the what's and whereabouts of your installation... A question though: why did you not use the default installation paths for EFB v2?
  2. Do you have the standard window symbols in the top right corner? What installation path did you use for EFB v2? Did you try the Windows Standard Resizing Command by double-clicking the top bar?
  3. System Menu Button, lower left Corner. See manuals...😀
  4. Hello ??? Please read this carefully: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/2522-forum-rules-read-before-post/ Without accurate and thorough information it is virtually impossible to give any advice. Just as a sidenote: no changes in the respect you are mentioning were incorporated in the last update.
  5. Hi Manuel, Ok, I need Urs to step in here as I'm unable to produce an AutoZoom "Level undefined". No idea what is triggering this. I have never seen it so far.
  6. Hi Manuel, have you checked the checkmark in the Settings Dialog:
  7. Hi Bob, In any case this has notrhing to do with the update as there were no changes at all in this subject. So it might be a hiccup within the data transfer between AS16 and EFB. Have you tried the "refresh" key on the settings page". Other than that I don't have any other explanation as I work daily and on a regular basis with ASV4 and ASXP without any glitches. Sometimes also a restart of ActiveSky can help.
  8. Lloyd, It looks as if you hadn't properly set up your networked client. the Log says: 2019-05-10 10:53:04.450 Debug : IP address of this computer ('SYSTEM2') is 192.168.0.197 2019-05-10 10:53:04.453 Debug : Server mode is 'local' 2019-05-10 10:53:04.455 Debug : Using IP endpoint 127.0.0.1/51748 You need to enter the Server Computer's IP address in the "Server Location" field on the Client's Settings page.
  9. Hi ??? (Please observe the Forum Rules: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/2522-forum-rules-read-before-post/ ) I'm afraid we need a bit more information on your simulator and the FlyTampa Version of CYUL installed. I is most likey a problem of the AFCAD files used by FlyTampa. See here: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/3005-afcad/ ) .The version I have installed here (FlyTampa CYUL V1.4 & P3DV4 patch) shows all runways properly. Edit: I see that the latest Version 2.2 FlyTampa CYUL does not show RWY 10/28. A corrected version is uploaded to this section: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/3005-afcad/ Please read carefully and apply.
  10. Have you completely uninstalled the Server using the EFB Uninstaller? Did you run the installer as Admin? (rightclick)
  11. Hi Tom, Try this one: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/3254-flytampa-copenhagen/?tab=comments#comment-20373
  12. Juergen, No, those entries are NOT part of the scenery.cfg. This is the part that I described above. P3D V4 does the administration of these packages. But to apply changes in the system the simulator must be run AT LEAST to the GUI (that's the page where you select your flight) and then be CLOSED. Thereafter the changes in the Package System are applied. There is nothing you can do manually unless you are EXTREMELY FAMILIAR with the Package System.
  13. Well, the one that P3D is using. You can find the path in the DbBuilder. Standard path is: C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4. All other scenery.cfg files that are lurking around in the installations are not used.
  14. Juergen, You have obviously moved the folder, but not changed the respective entry in the scenery.cfg. You need to correct this too. If it is not in the scenery.cfg but within the new package system (I have no idea how Flytampa installs), you need to start the Sim until the UI is loaded and thereafter do a rebuild of the database. The package system is administered by P3D.
  15. Yes, every aircraft that you have used when SimpleCam was active will have an entry. Simplest way to find out whether some keys were assigned or not, simply fire up the Simulator and load the A/C in question. If the cockpit view it does not react on a specific keypress (0 to 9), it has simply not been set up yet. As the *.SimpleCam file is binary, it will not be easy to interprete with a simple editor.
  16. Hi ??? Please follow the Forum Rules: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/2522-forum-rules-read-before-post/ Of course there is a description in the Manual "5 Client, chapter 12.2 Profiles Editor" You simply need to enter the name of the *.air file of your Prosim A320 into the list of airfile Names. See in the above chapter under "Airfile Names"
  17. Hi ??? (please observe the Forum Rules) Talking about which error???
  18. Yes, look in the documents path of SimpleCam: "C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\AivlaSoft\SimpleCam" There you see all active control files. The naming is according to the *.air filename + ".simpleCam".
  19. As the text in the manual says: Always start the Server with full Admininstrator Rights. To achieve this permanently, rightclick the Server Icon, selecte the "Compatibility" tab, mark the Checkbock and close the window by pressing "Ok" as shown below (Unfortunately in German). This way the Server is always started with Full Admin Rights.
  20. Hi ??? (please observe the Forum Rules) The manual tellst you to always start with full admin rights. See screenshote below:
  21. Hi Kym, For the time being we had to drop this function as there is no automatic database detection possible with X-Plane. We therefore need to show the Server Window at startup and give the possibility to change the database if necessary. Remember, many users have an FS-based simulator as well as X-Plane. It is not decided yet how we will finally set this up, but it looks like we are going to definitely remove this option of going directly to the tray at startup. So, yes, for the time being you will need to use Ctrl-T or just minimize the Server Window.
  22. Hi Orest, The minima dimensions are not subject to general dimension selection. They are purely text-file driven. What you are reporting are default values, depicted with a faint amber background. You are nevertheless welcome to create your own minima file(s) for any airport of your liking. Read more about this topic in Manual 5 Client, chapter 5.3.5 ff
