When I try to setup a new database (MSFS Steam in my case), I am given an installation folder of "C:\Users\rough\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft". The "NEXT" button is greyed out. I also tried my MSFS2020 Installation folder which is located at "C:\Users\rough\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator" and that does not work either. Any idea what my next action is? I am using version 2.2 (Build #121).

Just wondering why I cannot simply click on the desktop icon after the first start (with full admin rights). I was able to do that prior to the latest update. Are you saying I now have to run the server as administrator? Thanks for the latest v2.1. After updating, when I click on the Dekstop icon I get the following message: EFB Server cannot run without administrator rights Please see manual '3 EN server.pdf, chapter 'first start', 'important' The manual tells me to click on the desktop icon, which obviously is my very problem...it does not allow me to run the server. I can " run as administrator" though, but I would like to just click on the desktop icon like I always have. Regards

Just wondering why your program does not recognize this airport on my system, FSX BTW. Unless it is not in the FSX database, but I doubt that because come to think of it, I did a flight from EDDM - UUEE a few weeks ago. So UUEE did exist then but not now? I have a flight plan that is recognized by all other addons except yours. Any ideas? Regards

This is how I fixed it: Back in 2014 there was a post on the EFB forum where a poster with a similar problem revealed his "runways.txt" file and I simply used what he showed on the runways.txt file and changed my text file (maybe this will help someone else out with the same problem: In short this is the portion of text that seems to solve my problem: If I add the following to the runways text file I now have use of Runway 08R anf 26L which are the correct runways of use for EGKK. EGKK 08R 08R EGKK 26L 26L EGKK 08L nil EGKK 26R nil Regards, Tom

Further information to this: I checked the forums for UK2000 and found this post by Gary Summons: "26r-08L is not used in the real world and the sim world. It is only when the main runway is being resurfaced". This does not help me given the fact that I do not have data for 26L - 08R which is the used Runway.

Hi, I just completed a flight using Aivlasoft EFB and when I click on the Departures, Arrival, or Approach buttons on the Display Unit for EGKK I do not see Runways 08R and 26L listed. In fact the Airport map for EGKK only shows 1 Runway for 08L and 26R. This is very strange since I am using the latest Navigraph Cycle 1607. I checked the cycle information under SidStars (c:\...Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Aivlasoft\Navigraph FMS Data\SIdstars\) for EGKK and it lists 08L 26R, 08R 26L. So I am wondering why is Aivlasoft not picking up the Runway data for 08R 26L? I have also updated the scenery data via the Data Provider, as I do anytime I add or delete a scenery. As well I am using the latest updated UK2000 EGKK (version 3).Any ideas as to why this is happening? Regards

Thanks for that. I forgot that I had already explored the software. When I downloaded it I must have forgot about the 30 day trial period. I did not try out the product. But judging by all the accolades and the reviews I have read in the forums it is a very promising candidate for purchase. That seems to be my only option now if I want to use the software, to obtain a license key. Regards, Tom

Hello, I installed EFB Installer 1.3.1, along with the service pack 5 for 1.3.1. When I ran the Data Provider I got the error message "Trial Period has Expired..." and the "Install Demo" button is not clickable (greyed out). I have not used the product, yet I am getting a "Trial Period has Expired" message. I've read through the forums and read many posts that refer to opening up Port 13 on my computer. Sorry, I'm not sure how I to do that. I use Windows XP Professional with Norton Internet Security. I tried running the program with Norton disabled. Still no luck. Besides I use AES which communicates with an outside server as well with no problems. I'm just curious as to why Aivlasoft requires me to Open Port 13 to run the data Provider? I am really anxious to try out your product if I can get around this problem. Regards
