  1. Alex, you're right, I will see what's the problem. Thanks for reporting this issue.
  2. Ingo, Does it happen on every airport or only on certain airports? I think this is the known problem that the data in FSX (which is the world you are flying in) is something about 5 years old whereas the Navigraph data is from today. The world is changing Please have a look into the 'Operations Manual', section 2, page 3, 'Messages on the DataProvider window'. You will find a detailed explanation how to solve such problems. For your convenience, here are the lines to insert EDDP 08 08L EDDP 26 26R EDDP 10 nil EDDP 28 nil Your wish will be set on the 'to do list' ...
  3. Hi Alex, Thanks for this hint, I didn't realize that before If you use this function make sure that you ...1) select the airport you want to search around 2) check the box called '... from current selected airport' 3) select the range This way you should get around 532 airports. You're right, but the problem is tha Navigraph data for this transition. There is no initial fix where to start the leg (every procedure or leg must start with a fix). There is no NDB approach procedure in the Navigraph data. Same as above, the Navigraph data doesn't contain information about the OU transition for ILS 30 approach.
  4. Hi, I don't see any details about the credit card. This information is accessible by PayPal only. What I see is that a customer has paid and how much he has paid. And of course its e-mail address and name so I know to whom I must send the key. But that's all information that I'm getting from PayPal. Don't worry, I'm tough ...
  5. Günter, I'm afraid that I cannot give you the answer you might want to hear from me. This exception is raised by the SimConnect interface and unfortunately the error code is undocumented. Please see also the following post: http://www.aivlasoft.com/support/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=41
  6. Solved. The problem occured due to an inconsistency within the scenery.cfg file. The inconsistency happend when the file was maintained by a third party product.
  7. Oliver-Martin, please can you send all the logfiles to support@aivlasoft.com. You will find them as follows: Windows-Start-Menu > All Programs (Alle Programme) > AivlaSoft > EFB > Logfiles. Thank you.
  8. Guenter, this feature will be available in the next program version.
  9. Guenter, In the AirportSelector and also on the Ground charts the length is given in meters only. If you open the AirportInformation you will see both, the length in meters and in feet. In further versions of the EFB I will implement an option to select feet or meter.
  10. Cyrano, I'm sorry, but this feature is not yet implemented in EFB. Will put it onto the list. Enjoy your holiday nevertheless
  11. Mischa, I'm afraid that what I write here is not very helpful. The error you reported is raised by the simconnect-object and the information which is given by this error is not documented. I tried to find some information by a Google search but I was not succesful. So I can only guess what's the problem on your computer. - as you described, it can occur while the system is 'under pressure', please try to reduce the Display-Settings in FSX to 'Low' - maybe try to lock the frames to 25 per second (this is still enough to get the a fluent view) some further questions: - are you running FSX in FullScreen-Mode or windowed? - do you have many other add-ons running on the FSX computer? (which add-ons) - did you install the FSDreamteam or FreeZ scenery of LSZH? - have you a lot of USB hardware connected to the FSX computer?
  12. Mischa, I hope you don't mind that I shortened your post. I removed the list of all loaded assemblies because this list is set by default. Whenever an error message occures, the same list will be appended. To the problem itself: - Can you describe the situation when it happens? - Did you hit a shortcut when it happend? - How often does it happen? - Does it happen regularly? Thanks for your help.
  13. Charcham, sorry for the inconvenience, since yesterday I'm aware of this bug. It occurs mainly when inserting an ILS approach into the route (RouteModify). Because the name of the ILS approach is written to the 'ATCAirway' tag and this name can have a length of more than 10 characters, it can led to an unloadable flightplan. If you are familiar with the XML format and also with the notepad.exe then I know a workaround. Of course it will be fixed in the next program version, but until then ... - open the *.pln file - for every waypoint in this flightplan you must check the content between the XML tags - the content must not be longer than 10 characters e.g. ILS Rwy 06L this item would led to an unloadable flightplan, because 'ILS Rwy 06L' has 11 characters. ILSRwy06L this item is ok because its length is 9 characters. Hope this helps.
  14. Could be fixed and should no longer occur as soon as the next program version is available. Thanks a lot to Michael for helping me.
  15. Stefan, The current version of the EFB is always using UTC as the time shown in the flightlog and on the top of the menu bar too. There is currently no way to change this behaviour, I'm sorry.
  16. Michael, can you please send this route (or another example with the same behaviour) to support@aivlasoft.com. Once with the approach, and once without. Thanks a lot.
  17. Ralf, can you please send the scenery.cfg and all the logfiles to support@aivlasoft.com? Thanks, and Merry Christmas
  18. sorry, but then I wouldn't recommend to use this netbook.
  19. Hi, if on the netbook the .net framework 3.5 SP1 is installed and the screen resolution is at least 1024 x 768 (better is 1024 x 1280), then it should run.
  20. Mirko, Open the DataProviders settings. On the second tab (called 'Folders') you may select the option 'Create FSX flight plans ...' and then enter or select the folder which contains the FSX flightplans. Whenever you press the 'Activate' button in the 'RouteSetup' module, EFB is writing an FSX flightplan into the folder which you might have set as described above. If your aircraft is still on the ground, the flightplan will also be loaded into the Garmin 500 GPS. If you want the flightplan to be loaded also if the aircraft is airborne, then you must set the option 'Load flightplan to Garmin ... aircraft is airborne'. Please have look into the document 'Installation and Configuration Manual', section 'Configuration' on page 4 of 20.
  21. Sabine, If you enter the DataProvider's path in the DisplayUnit settings the program verifies whether the data is already available in a correct manner. If this happen at a time where the DataProvider has not yet analyzed the FSX data you always get this red cross because the data obviously is not yet available. This is just to explain the circumstances.
  22. Norbert, I assume that LDS means Level-D ? Is the FMC of the Level-D 767 able to read FSX flightplans? If so, EFB writes an FSX flightplan whenever you press the 'Activate' button in the 'RouteSetup' module. Just navigate to your FSX-flightplan folder an load it into the FMS. You may also create a *.rt2 file which is known by PMDGs FMC. Maybe this can also be read by the Level-D FMC? In the 'RouteSetup' press 'Save as *.rt2' file and then load it into the FMC. Hope this helps.
  23. ahaka, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The problem seems to be with the Com-Assignments. Did you change these assignments? Could you please send me the following file: c:\users\[username]\documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Settings\DisplayUnitSettings.bin Another thing that attracts my attention is the missing city name at the top of the chart. It must be 'EFHK - Vantaa, Helsinki (Finland). The city name is also missing in all the COM-Frequency groups. It's quite interesting how did you manage this?
