The file which is loaded into the flight simulator has a different file name than in version 1 (new: EFB_current_gps.pln). It depends on the currently loaded aircraft profile whether the flight plan is forwarded to the simulator or not. This is not possible and nobody ever promised that. When talking about automatic transfer it concerns the DEFAULT GNG/GPS of FSX/P3D. EFB v2 does not export in any custom formats.
