GG_Flyer
Before a total reinstall, try this: Find your \Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Settings\DataProvider_UserSettings.bin file and rename it - add a ".back" extension or something. Then restart your DataProvider and allow it to rebuild your settings file. Then edit it, etc. Urs would know more about what's happening at the failure point. aivlasoft
Peter, could you please send me the following two files "... \Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Settings\DataProvider_UserSettings.bin" and "... \Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Settings\DataProvider_UserSettings_current.bak" and all the logfiles (Windows Start Menu > All Programs > AivlaSoft > EFB > Logfiles) from the DataProviders computer ... ... to support@aivlasoft.com. Thanks.
Petermuc3
Good morning, thank you very much for the prompt answer. Somehow the bin-file was changed to a media player file. I did as Travis proposed and here we go, everything is working. Great product, great team. Peter
