Client Waiting for server not ending

Hello,
Local installation, simulator MSFS2020, latest version:
I installed the server and client as described in the instructions. The server has started and I don't see any errors in the logs. When I start the client, the client hangs with the message "Waiting for server". What am I doing wrong? Please help. Thanks.
The software license is registered and activated.

Edit: moved to proper Forum by Admin

Open the System Window and check Server Location.

OK i run the support file
Creating supprt Files are finished

Please send the file to "support@aivlasoft.com". Thank you.

 

Which files? Where can i find this set of files? I searched all folders, program folders, data folders but nothing found no support files.

Didn't find anything find in the instructions either.

If you have a standard installation, the ZIP-Files are placed on the desktop.

BTW, do you run the Server with full admin rights? It would also be a good idea to always do the installation with full admin rights.
