jsmcwilliam Posted October 5, 2016 Share Posted October 5, 2016 I am having problems with the following upgrade of the dataprovider on my Windows 7 (64 bit). EFB_Installation_Errors.txt The equivalent upgrade of the display unit on my Windows Vista (32 bit) proceeded without problem. I have downloaded both the upgrade and full versions of the program but both installations abort with an error window. Now I am without one of my favourite flight sim addons and hope someone out there can advise as to how to resolve this problem. John Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

wolkenschieber Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 Hi Urs, just wanted to update from 1.65 to 1.68 and getting a message from Norton and/or Windows, that the download was stopped by SmartScreen- Filter. Setting the AntiVirus into silent mode and turned of Firewall and Antivirus Settings did not help. Downloading the full Version was accepted. Any idea how to overcome the Problem with the update ? aivlasoft Posted October 24, 2016 Share Posted October 24, 2016 Hi Bernd, I don't know this "SmartScreen-Filter". Just try to switch it off when downloading and/or installing EFB.
