Hello Urs, it seems to be something else in my case (?), because the airport then shown in the Title box always starts with "Z" (China) ans then the corresponding three correct letters of the original airport. Ans so far it happened three or fout times, and always with US airports. I will make a screen shot, if it will happen again. This cchinese airport title is always in yellow in the EFB title bar, there is nothing to be seen of this airport and the EFB sides are greyed out and the rest is white. When landing, as long as on the runway, everything works ok, when I leave the runway, the problem starts, while taxiing from time to time to time the correct airport "comes" back, diapears and so on. I am using GSX and UTlive2 as AI. The active planes of the "original" airport remain actice, means they are still on their "correct" position or taxxiing. I could not find ZMIA either under ICAO list, but in the EFB it had a name (followed by Mongolia). Hopefully not chinese hacckers😀.

Observing occasionally that after landing (so far only US airports) change to a "correwponding" chynese airport (just now KMIA became ZMIA(title line, but no content on the screen).

Hi, since last update (V.2.3 build#134) my plane symbol is no longer visibel on ground, but shows up on airborne charts. Changing from Boeing to Airbus does not make a difference. UTlive planes are shown. What am I missing to do ? Just a bit lost.

Thank you Urs, will have a closer look again as far as the source is concerned. Although the traffic is not completly "gone". UTLive itself as well as FSUIPC, involved have Flifgt Level limitations; but I have set this correctly to the best of my knowledge. So probably the culprit is located in P3D, because the EFB as well as Prosim get the information from there (via FSUIPC).

Maybe i should ask more nuanced. I am not blaming the EFB ! I am just trying to find out if the data transfer between the programs involved give a possibility to dig deeper; and which programs comunicate; and why only planes aprox. flying 10.000 ft or higher are not indicated? This happens as well in ProSim as well as in the EFB. In Prosim FSUIPC as well as simconnect is involved in the general data transfer between programs/modules. I am using FSUIPC 6. The neccessary setting there are made. So at a first glance this should not be the reason for the malfunction (?).

Hello, I am using P3Dv4.5 and ProSim B 737 and for the AI traffic UTLive. Since the last update of ProSim 3.15b1 the AI traffic is visible only below 10.000ft. While trying to find a reason I checked with the EFB by circling over EHAM decending from 32.000ft. The first traffic became visible at arround 10.000 ft (EFB and Prosim). I assume, that UT Live is sending the information to P3D and the EFB is receiving it from there ? Or is there a direct link UTLive - EFB ? The settings in UTLive should be made correctly (traffic up to 40.00ft) and in the EFB 5.000ft+/- the own aircraft. But I also did not make any changes in EFB and UTLive before the problem started. So to my humble mind it looks that P3D does not receive or accepts or does not pass on the neccessary information to EFB/ProSim ? Is there any idea, why this fails to be done above 10.000ft ?

Out of a sudden the taxi ways ATC had adviced are not indicated any more. I can not activate the manual input any more. The "Taxi" field does not react. Last version of P3Dv4.5 and EFB. The EFB client is on a client PC. No changes there also. All other functions are working. Any idea what causes this failiure ?

Hi Oskar, Win 7. Although the Win 10 PC recognizes the Win 7 PC and its drives, I have no allowance to open them from the Win 10 PC. The other way arround it is working. But all other programms, Prosim display and CDU, Topcat etc (all on the Client Win 7 PC are working). The log file from the client I have to send from there (follows()

Hi Oskar, Server and Client are running on different PCs. My Client PC is still on Win 7 and there was an update this morning, what obviously did any harm to the network (?). At least as I just tryed to get the log file on the Client (writing on the Server PC) I could not open the file/drive. Means I can no longer open files on the Win 7 PC asking from the Win 10 (Server). The other way arround it works. have to check that. Question, is the client "asking" the Server PC or is the Server "sending", as far as the EFB is concerned ? Just to find out if the network causes the trouble ?

Hi Oskar, both, Server and Client are build#108, and I uninstalled the Client first. But I left the Server as it was , should I have unstalled the Server as well ?

Hi, after I could not built a flightplan anymore (black screen, when clicking FPL and message that no flightplan was created yet), I tried to install the client (on the same client PC as before as Admin(!)), several attempts always end with the message Fehler beim Überschreiben der Datei C:\Program Files\AivlaSoft\EFB2\Client\Aivlasoft.Common.dll Ignoring/ending and starting the EFB Client again ends with the message, that it is running already (?). Restarting the Client PC and starting the EFB Client again, fail with the message: Application Init: EFB Client`s data folder (taken from registry) doesn`t exist. Please re-install EFB Client bei o.o.r.w.y.ov2() bei o.o.r.oj.g() After reinstallation Client is waiting for the Server PC although active there and correct IP adress. EFB version 2.1 build'108.

Hi, was not very activ in my Sim over the summer, so not sure what causes my problem. Means I did not change anything in/with my Client PC, hosting the Display Unit of the EFB recently except Microsoft updates. When trying to create a route via Internet(Origin/Destination selected) and press Route Finder it looks as the system tries to connect, but nothing happens and the unit "hangs", can only be terminated by the Task Manager. Either Server PC nor Client have any problem to connect with the internet. Would a new Installation of the Display Unit make sense ? Or could a certain path Display Unit to Internet be looked after and if so, where to find ?

Hi Pete, just made my first flight using the full funtionality of the EFB. The minor problem I had with the windows taskbar is solved, following Jonas advice. I could adjust the EFB window as I needed it. Think it works as it is. The EFB taskbar is no longer hidden by the windows task bar. Best regards Bernd
