EFB2 Client MSFS Problem

I haven't had any ads on my AIVLA client for a few days now. No airport and no data are displayed.
I use MSFS.
Is there a workaround?

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you mean with 'ads'. Are you talking about weather data (METAR, TAF)? If so, please see here: https://forum.aivlasoft.com/topic/7934-can-no-longer-get-metar-info/

Sorry.
I did this with Google Translate.
My problem is that I can no longer see anything displayed in my program. No map and no airport data are available.
Nothing is displayed in the client anymore. When I search on Airport nothing is found. But I did a current scan on the server.

No map: looks like there is an error which prevents the Client from depicting the entire map.

No airports: looks like the database has not (yet) been built.

 

As already asked for, please create a set of support files and then upload them here for further analysis. Thanks.
