How to create a 'Support file'

Recommended Posts

Open the Windows Start Menu, and select "AivlaSoft/EFB2 Create Support files". As an alternative you can start the program "AivlaSoft.Efb.SupportFile.exe" from the installation folder of the Client and/or the Server with a double-click. This will open a command window. When the tasks are done, close the task window.

Depending whether you have Client and Server on the same computer installed, you will find now one or two zipped files on your desktop, one beginning with "Server_" and one beginning with "Client_", both having the ending ".txt.zip".

In addition to that you can also create a Support File from the Server's and the Client's System Menus:
