GG_Flyer
It's working at this moment for my connection from Northern California. Not knowing what happened with your connection, I might offer that there could be server or routing issues to or through the Northeastern US due to the aftereffects of the hurricane that came ashore earlier this week. There are still millions without electrical power (a Google map of such is here) and it could be a while before expected services return to normal. aivlasoft
Hi Andreas, The connection to NOAA is using FTP (File Transfer Protocol, on port 20/21). Did you already search through the forum using the words "ftp noaa"? There are some more postings about that, i.e. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1016

aivlasoft
Andreas, that means that your computer can establish an FTP connection. Could you try again from within EFB and afterwards send all the logfiles to support@aivlasoft.com. Thanks.

Carlos
Hello to all of you, this the first time i write here after reading a lot of post looking for a solution. I have not METAR since I updated to last version, before always worked. I've tried to attach the log files but I receive this message: The extension txt is not allowed. What should I do? Thanks a lot and happy new year.
