Would you please be so kind and upload a support file from the Server and one from the Client, thanks. One thing that I just have seen in the screenshot is, that you have selected a data path which is synchronized with the OneDrive cloud service. This is not a good idea because it will have an impact on stability of the program. Please uninstall EFB Server and reinstall it. Upon reinstallation be careful to select a data path which is not synchronized with OneDrive. BTW, same is valid for the Client's data path.
