Trouble updating airac

I don't seem to be able to update the airac cycle for some reason. I've done it a number of times without issue, but on updating today EFB seems to get stuck in an update loop. 

 

1. Load server
2. Server detects newer Navigraph update (from the Navigraph FMS updater) - would you like to update
3. Select Yes
4. DB manager pops up and asks to select database
5. Select my MSFS DB (the only one present) - click select
6. DB manager closes, server reloads and informs me that there is a newer version of the airac cycle available
7. repeat

 

I don't recall having issues before

 

what am I doing wrong?

Hi Damian,

Why do you select the database which is already selected? (item 5)

You need to tell the DbBuilder WHAT to do: Click the Tab "Update Navdata". This is always the case at each new AIRAC cycle. It then updates ALL databases. See also Manual 4 Database, Chapter 2.4 "Update Navdata"

ok, seeing your screen shot, now it makes sense. 

 

The top of the window for database builder is above the viewable area of the desktop. So I don't see the tabs at the top because they are above the viewable area.
