bradrcfii
I noticed a post elsewhere that we may be able to export a flight plan from EFB to Ifly 737NG(FSX). Is this true?
GG_Flyer
Brad, Yes. Flight1 and iFly have been highly cooperative in getting us the necessary data and materials so we were able to write an EFB "export module" for the iFly format in less than a week. We've completed initial testing of this module, but I (personally) would like to see more testing done before it's released. Its release will be in the form of a Service Pack that will include a few EFB fixes here-and-there as well as a changed (for the better I'd say) "Save" function. In addition to the iFly module that is almost certified, testing has already certified for release a KML export module (as noted in Ray Marshall's Avsim multi-product review) as well as one for Ernie Alston's ISG series of FMC gauges. There are other (nameless) export modules that have not received initial tester approval, so their release may come after the new Service Pack. We'll see.
