Yes, it stopped displaying freaquencies on all charts. I have a screen shot but could not determine how to attach to this post. The screen shot will only show 122.8 with a red box. Thanks, Brad

I saw a post just like this one but the proposed solution is not my problem. It said to check the horizontal bar, move it down. Did not work for me. Just like the post I read, I have been using EFB for a couple of years. The ATC frequency display just stopped. It does display aircraft so it is making connection with VATSIM, FSINN. I am running 1.5.1.15702 Display, 1.5.11.15704 data provider and Windows 7. I am runnning client server. Any suggestions? Thanks, Brad

I reinstalled al now all is well including all online trafiic while flying PMDG NGX.

I am still having no traffic displayed. use to work and not sure what has changed. I have since changed clients, moved to FSINN which is working but still no traffic.

I just noticed a message that the getting AVTSIm data from the Aviliasoft servewr has failed. Server was unable to process the request. Not sure what I can do? Thanks,

I found the range and feet limiters. They were set to "0". I tried 100 and 20,000 but still no traffic.

Yes, OLTP does display traffic on the ground. I ahve SB range set at 100 miles and did not know there is a rnage limiter in EFB. Will look for that.

I rebuilt my cleint machine where the data provider resides. My new EFB installation does not display online VATSIM traffic. The Preview function works. I do see VATSIM traffic running on another brand x product and I do have the Show Online Traffic box checked. What else can I look for? Thanks,

Yes, I would like it to show 0008Z, not 12:08ZAM.

I am a little confused about Takeoff and Block off times. I departed 0008 and EFB logged 12:08AMz. I guess it means 12:08 local time zulu. Is tehre a setting where it would be based pourly on zulu time?

I had some intermittent network problems last night but the display unit was connected to the data provider yet the aircraft icon was grayed out so I could not display my aircraft's position on the map. Any ideas?

No, I had not seem the post you provided. I thought about any change since it last worked. I had uninstalled FSINN. I re-installed FSIN and low and behold, it now works. Go figure?

How silly of me. I did not know that was an entry field. How about frequency strip not being displayed on the Enroute map?

I have been using EFB for some time now but never tried to enter a flight plan. I have always imported a plan created by FlightSim Commander. With the new export module, I want to create the pans in the EFB however I do not see how to enter jet and or Victor airways, just fixes. Additionally, my en route map does not display the frequency strip. Thanks as always for your help. brad

I agree Wycliff. EFB traffic display works with every aircraft but the NGX. I am not flying the NGX because of this issue. I do not see how this cannot be a PMDG issue. I am hoping the NGZ SP1 will remedy the problem. We shall see.

I am running the DU remotly. II was able to make the proiper folder connections and moved onto the initialization process. The DU seems to be stuck on the initialzation. The Provider is 1.3.1.20681. The DU is 20678. Thanks,
