aivlasoft Posted June 18, 2018 Share Posted June 18, 2018 Hi, it seems that the user settings file is corrupted. The only way to fix this is to remove the file before starting the DataProvider. It will then create a new file and you have to enter the settings. The default folder for the settings file is: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Settings The file name is: "DataProvider_UserSettings.bin" If there is a file with the name "DataProvider_UserSettings_current.bak", you may remove this file too. I have now deleted the DataProvider user settings and the associated backup file. Rebooted and all is fine. Just have to add the user settings again. Thanks for the prompt response.
