Dane Posted September 29, 2017 Share Posted September 29, 2017 I recently installed the DEMO version to check this program out, I am very impressed but it does not seem to be very stable in startup - this probably is all my doing, so I need help. See attached print screens for my current issues. 1. I have a few airport error issues in the DataProvider- see example of just one 2. DataProvider startup error. 3. aivlasoft Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 Hi Dane, the first error message is described in the manual. Please see there, section 2, page 3. There is also a detailed post in the FAQs. The second and third message seems to have the same cause. I don't know why but the EFB logfiles cannot be accessed because some other process (most probably a backup software, or the AntiVirus program) is accessing and locking it.
