mazelda Posted August 3, 2017 Share Posted August 3, 2017 Hi I've had efb for a while and never really used it much ,but I'm now trying to get something out of it I'm running fsx,p3dv3 and p3dv4 although I hardly use fsx these days and will eventually remove p3dv3. My problem is at the moment when I first run the data provider I get an amber light against an entry which says the following Could not find icao code for country Scotland. I have orbx Scotland installed but any ideas why this might be coming up? I'm running the latest version of efb 1.6.10 I'm sure I will also have other questions a I plan to install the display unit onto my win 10 laptop , and my main pc with the sims on a win 7 machine, but that for another time many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scotland has not its own ICAO code, it is using the "United Kingdom" code EG. Obviously the country name of the airports in these ORBX files is set to Scotland and not to UK. Therefore you get this message as a warning. If you later want to filter the airport database for a certain country you might not see these airports.
