aivlasoft Posted January 23, 2016 Author Share Posted January 23, 2016 Juan, AntiVirus programs do sometimes a heuristic scan. That means they scan the file a have a look whether they find some typical code which could be a virus, but there is not an exact proof that the program is a known virus. Most probably Kaspersky has recognized the part of the code which is necessary to connect to the activation server, or maybe the code which connects to the online data server. I cannot install this update even though I added it into exemption. This is necessary for activation. If Kaspersky thinks that this is a virus, then OK, I cannot hand out the source code. But you can verify it for example with Norton AntiVirus / Norton Internet Security (what I did just before) and there is no complain about a virus. I know that some AV programs delete files which they consider as "bad". It's weird, but I can't do anything from here. I have tested the file and I don't get a warning. I'm running out of ideas ...
