New iFly 747-400 flight plan handler

An new iFly 747-400 Flight Plan Handler is available for download.

 

How to add the flight plan handler? Please follow the instructions below:

 

1) Download the flight plan handler to a temporary folder and unzip the file (download link is below).

 

2) Quit EFB DisplayUnit

 

3) Open Windows Explorer and locate the folder "plugins" which is below the installation folder of EFB (normally this is something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\AivlaSoft\EFB\plugins").

 

4) Add the unzipped file from step 1, "AivlaSoft.FlightPlanHandlers.iFly-747_V2.dll" to that folder.

 

5) Start DisplayUnit.

Hi Guys.

I downloaded this file and tried it to open with WinRAR. But i got an error message "winrar unexpected end of archive". I also tried it

on another PC and with WinZIP. is this file broken?

Hi Tom,

 

I don't think that the file is broken. But I remember that some customers complained about troubles when downloading files using Google's Chrome browser. If you use the Chrome browser, try it with another browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, or Firefox).

Hmm, I can't open it either.

 

Tom, we've switched our tools over to focus on EFB 1.6 and our new handlers are different than the older ones.  We hope to have a final build of EFB 1.6.5 posted this weekend and it will contain an updated IFly 747 V2 handler.
