airvice
hi do you have a support email system or support system where I can discuss this issue as you have given me a code but it says its invalid tks k
aivlasoft
Hi, most probably the problem occurs when you try to copy/paste the key into the text boxes. Try to enter the key manually each box individually. If this doesn't work, you can send me an email to support@aivlasoft.com (mail address taken from operations manual, section1, page 3). BTW, as per the forum rule #4 (see the orange box at the top of each page), please sign your posts with your real first name. Thanks.
airvice
hi thanks that was the problem had to type it in. Is this a deliberate feature? secondly regarding using my real name. I think there are a number of us who don't actually want to use their real names in internet forums for a number of reasons due to the instant nature of search engines security and privacy and that info is then available and undeletable for eternity and if you have an unusual name like mine then its extremely easy to find etc etc so I hope you can understand this and accept that even though I understand why you and other sites have this rule so that people get to know each other unfortunately the whole world can also get to trace you too and there are many valid reasons why we should have the choice to opt out of that. had I wanted to let my unusual name be used I would have used it for my username but as you can see I deliberately chose not to use it for a good reason. thanks for understanding k
Andydigital
We don't really care what your real first name is but we do like to call you something other than K in your case, the rule is about being civil with one another, not trying to work out if you are a pirate or anything like that. airvice
Hi my point is nothing to do with what aviasoft my think in regard to myself ......pirate etc etc its about me and my own security due to the high security nature of my job and the fact that I have a very unusual easily searchable name. I know there are others in the same position I think you have miss understood my meaning here. anyway call me bob if you want if you really have to have a name would just be nice if people stopped trying to enforce rules on people in certain circumstances where its not appropriate and that they don't understand just because they are not in that situation. personally I think a genuine initial is better than a completely fake name bob
GG_Flyer
I think Bob is a wonderful name, so much that I gain points just for typing, "Hi Bob!" And we don't think that you're a pirate or bad person... Andy's right on the centerline in that we like to engage in dialog with our customers using names. Even fake ones. We're not trying to out anyone, just to be friendly. I'm all about security, so if I need to keep things on the lowdown, I'd do what was necessary. Peace out.
