Thanks Jonas, I do have the paid version. If a disable my wireless adapter on the client, thus having no internet access, and have the LAN connection to the server PC only, the client does not connect to the server. No problems when I have my wireless adapter enabled. Yes I set my AS folder correctly I think C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Roaming\AS_P3Dv4\Weather\current_wx_snapshot. Peter Weather is working now, don't know what was wrong. But still no connection with LAN only.

Thanks Oskar, yes sim was running, I have a LAN connection and a wireless connection between the 2 PCs. It seams the client is always picking the wireless one; did also a refresh of the weather. So I am a bit lost. Peter I tried to connect Server and Client via the LAN connection, but that does not work anymore, it requires a connection with internet access. EFB 1 worked fine that way.

Metar is not drawing the correct report. E.g. LSZR A/S Metar shows 1021, 231@4kts, EFB client 1023, vrb@3kts. The client is networked, settings/global is set to ActivSky. Peter

Hi Neal, the filter criteria define e.g. minimum runway length for your currently selected aircraft. Let's assume you are flying an A320 and the runway length of your destination airport is 1000m, then you get the above message. This is just an example, KSAN has long enough runways. To check which filters are set for your aircraft just go on the client in "Profiles Editor". If you fly an airliner just try KLAS LVELL KSAN, that might work. Departure procedure could be BOACH8, arrival procedure LUCKI1. Peter

In my case this might be due to my trial version, so that the server and the client need a internet connection to start up. Peter

Jonas, yes I use the trial, thought that the timestamp check only affects the server. Peter

Bingo, thank you very much, Oskar, for digging into that. When I installed the new A320/319 versions into a new place I forgot the leftover folders completely. I took the FSLabs folder, loaded the A319 and all was well. Sorry guys for causing so much trouble. Peter

Hi, I run EFB1 with a networked client via a LAN-cable with no internet access during the connection process. This does not seem to work with EFB2. I can only connect the client in my WiFi network with internet access. Is there a way to make it work like with EFB1? Peter

There is no add-on.xml in that FSLabs folder, because I have installed the A320/319 on a different partition. Peter

Hi Urs, this folder is 2.8Gb. I am not experienced with zipping, how small would I get that. My e-mail provider does not allow me to send big chunks of data. Peter

Of course, thought my solution is ok? First one is LSGG, then follows Lorby-SI AddonOrganizer_P3D_V4 with no xml, then LOWG. Thanks for looking further on this. Peter add-on.xml add-on.xml

Ok, I will look for a solution. For further updates I probably always have to remove these "panel.." files. Peter

Urs and Jonas, thank you very much for your help. I finally was able to create the database. I took all "panel..." files out of the FSLabs folder and here we go. I installed on a networked environment and now have the problem that the client does not connect. When I installed the client on the networked PC I was only asked for the PC name which hosts the server. Is this correct? Thanks again Peter

This folder is available and there is no "add-on.xml" in that folder nor in the subfolders. Peter

Thanks Jonas, server-support file attached. Of course it is not a scenery file, Panel.AUA... is created when I load the FSLabs Airbus with the AUA livery. Why is the DB server even looking at this file? Peter Server_201807291722.txt.zip

Jonas, I do not think I can delete a database because I was never able to create one; just tried to create one from scratch, same problems. I looked through all the subfolders, nothing which I would see as faulty. I am close to give up, unfortunatelly, having been a long time user. Peter

Jonas, I checked that (pictures of the folders attached). I tried also to build the database after temporarily removing add-on.xml.orig and add-on.xml.PSSCBAK to no avail, logfile attached with a new error now. Peter dbBuilderLogfile.txt

Thanks Urs, this addon is in use, in that case loading the AUA livery with the FSLabs A320 creates this Panel. But I do not understand what this has to do with the scenery.cfg, scenery-add-ons.xml. There is nothing there refering to FSLabs. I remember someone had the same problem with EFB1, but I did not find a solution. I do not know what to do now. Peter

Just downloaded and installed EFB2 server and get "could not read database due to errors". My P3D4.3 is running fine, no issues with sceneries and the EFB database server is pointed to the correct location. Thanks for the help, logfile attached. Peter dbBuilderLogfile.txt

Hi, just wanted to start a flight trying Ultimate Traffic live first. But now UTL is not injecting traffic anymore. It was running fine for weeks with my "old" EFB installation. The only thing changed on my setup was installing EFB 1.6.14 and 1.6.15. I did everything what was recommended on FlightOne's forum to no success. Strange thing, Envtex showed up in my P3DV4AddonOrganizer. After deleting it, UTL runs fine. Peter

Hi Urs, thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunately the files are not there. The problem might be that Media Player Classic automatically takes ownership of .dat files. I think it should use Windows Shell. I am certainly not an expert in Windows. How can I change that? Peter After deleting Win Media Player Classic 2 files are now there (def.ivao, fir.ivao). I thought there was one more .dat file? Ok, found the airports.dat on my old PC.

I did a complete reinstall, everything fine so far. I could not find the IVAO files and honestly cannot remember how I made IVAO traffic to show up. Thanks Peter
