ATC Ribbon tranfer to MSFS2020 communication like in Xplane?
Tinpanva replied to rwilson881's topic in EFB v2 - Support forum
It already works for the PMDG 737 in MSFS, not so much with the A300 tho -
Since iniBuilds released theirs, I'm anxious to move some cargo, need to plug in a profile tho.
-
Thanks Oskar, everything seems to be working normally after the update. *2 thumbs up*
-
So far no mention of it in the MS Forums and people in my VA are reporting SU9 as having no issues. Think you might have to redirect the EFB to where ever MS put all of the scenery?
-
Yeah, I don't see where the issue was resolved there either and specific to the Beta which is no longer applicable. Thanks!

Missing several airports after updating to SU9 MSFS and updating EFB database.

Great idea if it's possible -
So here is the vpilot app showing DCA and IAD https://i.gyazo.com/876409b0888e30f987fc8be7cbf967a1.png And a screen shot of the atc ribbon https://i.gyazo.com/cc56abe208730b578d107ef0adf00a60.png Not sure if you need this or not. https://i.gyazo.com/89de6fc99d01c3115c01ced1c07e0414.png

I often fly into KRIC or KDCA and I've noticed the ribbon never shows Potomac Approach (Potomac Consolidated TRACON) is it because it's not listed correctly from VATSIM?

So strange, *wondering what I touched* <a href="https://gyazo.com/4ef07a1116a8691a89f23d937003741c"><img src="https://i.gyazo.com/4ef07a1116a8691a89f23d937003741c.png" alt="Image from Gyazo" width="202"/></a> -
All runways are in white and no pressure data in the window. We had this problem before, hopefully it will correct itself. Not sure when it started I've been fighting the SU5 update with MSFS2020 for last 3 days lol

Synchronize EFB Flight Plan w/ MSFS 2020
Tinpanva replied to CXA001's topic in EFB v2 - Support forum
Oskar, have you noticed with the last few dev versions of the FBW A320Neo the ARC no longer works? I mentioned it to FBW team but their response was they weren't sure how EFB gathered the info from FBW. Does it work on your end? -
disregard, back working.
-
Well, as of today I'm back to no METAR data, all airport runways are showing out of bounds. I am getting TAF info though.
-
WOOOHOOO Thank you!! Great job Urs
-
hopefully mine comes back soon! lol
-
Sorry, slow to respond, dang job keeps getting in the way of my flight time. Yes, I'm on MSFS
-
Also worth mentioning, I tried switching to Simulator weather and was getting a :Could not get METAR from simulator within 60 secs: Maybe its a METAR issue?
-
So I'm getting a "Download METAR/TAF (real world) not possible at the moment: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." Error I did update REX Weather Force today, tried it for one flight and then uninstalled it (still way too much lag and crappy clouds) Do I need to reinstall the server or client? Not sure what else it could be, it's been rock solid until today.

Question on Taxiways in Ver 2.2 (122)
Tinpanva replied to Tinpanva's topic in EFB v2 - Support forum
Sorry Oskar! I’ve tried it at several US airports but I’ll keep trying. Can you confirm the function does actually work with MSFS? Paul -
I'm not sure if it's a glitch with functionality with MSFS (I did look through the known issues thread) or if I just don't have something set up correctly. When I click taxi tab I can select a runway just fine but if I opt to use the "named taxiway' option where I can choose my taxiways I keep getting an error as soon as I click on of the highlighted options, "No taxipath can be found with the selected taxiway 'X' because of two or more non-linked segments".

Suggested Start Sequence after latest MSFS Update
Tinpanva replied to Tinpanva's topic in EFB v2 - Support forum
Also, can you provide more detail to these two lines, just to make sure I’mon the same page ”Start-up A/C and prepare for departure, make sure NAV is engaged from the beginning” & ”tick the "forward Flight Plan to default GPS" in the respective profile's Option Tab” Thank you!! Edit - would you still fill in ZFW, Flaps, and Cost Codes into the MDCU? -
Suggested Start Sequence after latest MSFS Update

Dude! I was just thinking in the shower after posting this that maybe creating a FP in EFB & MDCU might cause a conflict!
