I have the same question. When I click on Actice Sky in the settings menu for weather, I don't get any weather.

Since yesterday no metars in the Avlasoft EFB and also the PMDG EFB. Just started working again this morning.

What is causing this, I think I had he same thing a couple of years ago, but can't remember how to fix it. I tried clicking on the icon in the task bar, but no help. As soon as I click on flight plan, the this small box pops up. Solved, I had to resize that small box by dragging it with the mouse to open it up. , to see the flight plan. I think I figured this out a couple of year ago, but my memory isn't what it used to be.

Restarted PC, ran update again, and this time it worked.

I just ran the update for client and server, and server will not start anymore. Luckly I have a backup drive, so I guess I will copy the server files from there.

I see this message alot, flying in PHNL and then KLAX today for instance , that message in yellow is always under status. Why is that, everything seems to be working perfectly.

Usually, when I press FPL I see the plan with all the waypoints listed. Now all I get is a very small box in the center of the screen that says Flight plan with an x and a minimize dash. I don't think I changed anything. Disregard. Somehow t he flight plan got minimized. All is back to normal after I resized it..

Tried running the update again this morning and it worked perfectly.

As I said in my original post, I am afraid to run the update, because I may get the same error, and not be able to start EFB again. The post directly above mine shows the exact error I got, when trying to run the update. ( abort-retry-ignore.) . I tried retry, and that didn't work. I was afraid to try ignore, and when I tried abort, it made EFB unable to start, both client and server..

I got an update just now, tried to update, and got an error with three choices, ignore, abort and something else, I clicked abort.. After that I could not get client or server to even start. Now EFB will not start at all. I tried restarting PC, no help. Update. I had a backup of EFB folder under program files, on a Macrium disc, so I just replaced the EFB folder and now everything is working again. I am not going to try and update it again. The only thing that is strange is now my flight plans look like this at the top TT:Airportek.KLAR ( USA)

I notice that the database in EFB lists Navigraph FMS data as the Navdata. That is what I had in P3D around a year ago. How do I configure EFB to use the default Navblu data in EFB database? I am afraid to change anything and wind up with no database at all.

I forgot that I had downloaded one update of Navigraph data months ago. I guess that is where EFB is getting the frequencies from.

I am using PF3 for ATC. I am now at EDDW ready for takeoff on rwy 27. EFB tells me the ATIS Freq is 132.800 and sets my radio at that frequency. The actual freq is 132.375 so I have to manually tune the radio to that. Same with the Tower, EFB says tower is 120.330 Actual frequency is 120.325. If I try and enter the correct frequencies in the radio panel of EFB, it won't accept them. Not a big deal, but wondering what the cause of this is. Happens on PMDG DC6, Carenado Seminole and JF Arrow 3.

Many times , especially in Europe, I get the frequency at say 120.90, and the actual freq turns out to be 120.85. Is that an issue with MSFS?

I notice that in the menu for weather in EFB, mine is set to Real weather. When I move the setting to Simulator, I don't get any weather shown in EFB. Is this normal? Disregard question. I found this after I posted it. https://www.aivlasoft.com/msfs-limitations.html

Here is another one that I am getting ready to fly now. The last Waypoint, Baslo is missing in EFB, and I had to insert it. EKODEKCH01.efbr

The Flightplan I sent you is the one that simbrief created with all the waypoints in it. It was sent to MSFS and that program reads all the waypoints. It was also sent to EFB, and all the way points are there as I pointed out. EFB is leaving out the waypoint Lavba, and it has been doing that to me for over 2 years, with 2 different PCs, and 2 different flight sims.

Here is a perfect example which is a flight I am going to do right now. . I use the simbrief downloader which loads the FPL into both EFB and Msfs2020. Downloader is set for EFB V2. Then I select it in EFB. The waypoint LAVBA ( the last one) is missing. You can see that this waypoint( wp #3) is in the plan. EDXWEKOD01.efbr
