xflash Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 Hi today I realized that my EFB can´t find Madeira (LPMA). I run the scenery update again, but without sucess. I get: "Could not read RouteFinder route. The following error occurred: Cannot find airport with ICAO code='LPMA'" When i search for it in the Airport-Database it is not there... I am sure that i used EFB the last time I fly to LPMA. My EFB Version is: 1.3.2.26445 How can I fix it? Thanks for support Sebastian Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
aivlasoft Posted February 2, 2012 Share Posted February 2, 2012 Sebastian, could you send me all the logfiles from the DisplayUnit's computer? If it's a network based installation, please send me the logfiles from the DataProvider's computer too. The logfiles can be found as follows (Win7): Windows Start Menu > All Programs > AivlaSoft > EFB > Logfiles. It would also be helpful if you could take a screenshot when the exception occurs.
