DadGameTime Posted June 4, 2023 Share Posted June 4, 2023 I am running the latest update in MSFS and the airplane icon does not appear on the moving map once you leave the airport view. Yes, it's there when I am on the ground, but as soon as I switch from the ground view to the flight plan view, it's gone. The map "tracks" the flight, but there is no pink airplane icon. aivlasoft Posted June 5, 2023 Share Posted June 5, 2023 On the bottom of the map you will find the map option buttons. Look for a button named ACFT and press it. It just doesn't display now when i load a flight plan. Before I load the plan, the plane is on the world map. aivlasoft Posted June 12, 2023 Share Posted June 12, 2023 This sounds like a program error after trying to load the flight plan. If an error happens, the graphics loop might be interrupted and therefore the aircraft (and other layers) will no longer be depicted. Did you already have a look at the logfiles of the Client?
