How do I stop that so that I can open them manually? Not sure what you mean. I assume that you have only ONE screen for the simulator and EFB2. So whatever window you have open in the Client, close it first before you MINIMIZE the Client. They will stay closed. Nevertheless we heavily suggest to use the Client on a second screen.
