I'm sorry but you don't provide much details about the configuration/situation so I just can make a guess. The flight plan which you refer to is more a flight log. This means that the data at each waypoint will be set after passing the respective waypoint. If GW and FOB are zero on the sidebar, then most probably no connection between EFB Server and the simulator has been established. Please check whether you have the proper version of FSUIPC installed. For further questions, please see the forum rules and provide more information according to the requirements listed there.
