Active Sky XP real weather request loop issue with EFB Version 2.1 (build #115)

Good Evening Aivlasoft Team.

 

I've noticed a fairly severe issue with the latest client and server release (build #115). I have planned and flown various flights recently using the prior EFB build in combination with ASXP - and with no problems - the weather from ASXP was accurately represented in both XP11 itself and in EFB.

 

I updated EFB to the latest version this afternoon and as soon as I activate a flightplan in EFB, the two applications seem to get stuck in an endless loop of trying to communicate RW weather refreshes to each other, with the net result that Active Sky gets stuck on "Waiting for Simulator" and neither XP11 nor EFB receive weather updates from ASXP from that point forward.

 

I'm fairly certain the issue lies with EFB, because:

 

• all was fine with the prior build of EFB
• I have not updated ASXP, and
• if I load XP11 with ASXP initially, everything is fine
• ... until I load a flightplan in EFB.

 

My ASXP build is the latest full release: 7205.

 

Any ideas? Hope you can help.

would you mind to update ASXP to the public beta 7361? We mostly tested with this latest build.

Thanks Urs - that fixed it. I'm now running ASXP Public Beta 7361 with your latest build #115 and all appears to function as it should.
