ICAO code issue

when loading in a route i get the error as follows "Could not read RouteFinder route. The following error occurred: Cannot find airport with ICAO code = 'EGLL'"

 

i have made sure the path is set correctly to the  scenery folder.

 

i have followed all the tips in the FAQ section and still no luck

It seems that the path "C:\Users\joeis\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons" cannot be found. Is this a clean installation of P3D v4 without any add-ons? It's confusing that this folder is not existing. Can you try to manually create this folder and then run the scenery data update again?
