Drrick Posted October 30, 2017 Share Posted October 30, 2017 Hi, i just installed AivlaSoft on my PC. I looked up the correct path for simulators and navigraph data in the FAQ part pf this forum. But it will not run.... Empty databases my paths are: D:\Flight\LM4 (sim. installation folder) D:\Flight (flight plan folder) C:\ProgramData\LockheedMartin\Prepar 3D v4 (Scenery.cfg folder) C:\Users\Windows 10\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Navdata\Navigraph FMS Data (one above NavData and SIDSTARS) request some help please cheers, Rick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
aivlasoft Posted October 31, 2017 Share Posted October 31, 2017 Hi Rick, have you already had a look into the DataProvider's logfile, maybe you already see therein the cause for it? C:\Users\[username]\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\Logfiles\DataProviderLogfile.txt BTW, the path to the flight plans folder seems to be wrong. It must be the folder where the SIMULATOR is expecting its flight plans, which usually is something like this: C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Flight Simulator Files. aivlasoft Posted October 31, 2017 Share Posted October 31, 2017 Hi Rick, from the logfile I can see that two days ago the DataProvider was not able to create the database because the scenery.cfg was not found: 2017-10-29 20:07:22.131 Warning P3D scenery.cfg not found.
