No Airports list and no load flight plan *.pln

Hi I have a problem with the list airport and the flightplan save like pln from p3D.

I expect that i had selected the correct folder for the scenery.cfg  C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4  but there aren't any airport in EFB.

If I try to load the flight plan appears a windows error, I attached the photo where you can see the error with the yellow point when I launcher the SIMULATOR SCENERY DATA UPDATE.

Please help me.
