No airport indexed with P3D v3

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

Unfortunately I have to raise another "no airport" thread. I looked through all threads but so far I cannot find any mistake. My setup is rather standard. I have two ORBX sceneries installed (BASE and VECTOR). Simulator is running smooth.

Problem: I cannot select any airports in display unit.

I added the logfile below. Can somebody point me to my mistake? scenery.cfg obviously gets processed, but airport count remains 0 from the first day on.

Many thanks for your help

Regards,

Christian

Hi Christian,

thanks for your report. The problem is on my side. Version 1.6.9 was only meant for those who already switched to Prepar3D v4 and I didn't test it thoroughly in combination with P3D v3. I will create a new version 1.6.10 which will fix it. Then it is no longer a difference whether you use v3 or already v4. Sorry for the inconvenience. As a workaround you just have to create the following folder: C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons There is no further file or subfolder required within.

The update 1.6.10 should be available tomorrow.

Sorry to report but I've just tried your latest version with P3D v4 + hotfix one.  The result being I'm getting no airports found by the display unit, the nag box says airport not available in FSX.  I do have FSX, installed on the same partition P3D,  and it is working as usual brilliantly with you excellent software,  spec win10.

all the best

Panic over reinstall of EFB did the trick.....all working Purrrrrfik now :-D
