cubpilot Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 I first installed the demo EFB May 15, 2011. I didn't take but five days to convince me to buy it on May 21. Since that time I have needed support only a few times and the response has always been the same: within a few hours after I asked for help it was provided. I really appreciate both the quality of EFB (can't fly without it now) and the quality of support. There are few software providers that can compare.
