A few words about EFB Support

I first installed the demo EFB May 15, 2011. I didn't take but five days to convince me to buy it on May 21. Since that time I have needed support only a few times and the response has always been the same: within a few hours after I asked for help it was provided. I really appreciate both the quality of EFB (can't fly without it now) and the quality of support.

There are few software providers that can compare.

Just want to say "Thanks" and I will be waiting to be an early purchaser of the next version.

Always equally nice seeing these type of posts where someone not because he/she needs something but only to share their appreciation writes a post like this, I wish there were more people with this type of mind and I echo every word in the post...Aivlasoft's customer care is really top-notch!!
