on-screen menu

Recommended Posts

Good product that i plan to buy.

One minor problem : I cannot succeed in bringing up the on-screen menu

while in FSX.

I am sure, sure, sure that my settings are correct and that the shortcuts are

not used anywhere else. Anybody had this problem? Solution?

Maurice,

please make sure that FSX has the focus at the moment when you press "Ctrl+Shift+F9" (which is the default shortcut to show the "on-screen-menu").

What display language do you use on your computer? And what is the language of the operation system?

beginning to feel a little ashamed for such a trivial thing.

English is te answer to both of your querys.

I am running Win7 on my IMac through BootCamp which means that W7

does not run within OSX.

In the Control Settings I have disabled every shortcuts starting with

ctrl/shift.

(maybe its in the system because the F10, F11, and F12 do not function

in FSX. They should be for ControlPanel, SpotView and Map.)

No worry at all! I'm here to help.

I'm a little bit "offside" because I don't have any experience about running FSX on an IMac. Anyway, FSX recognizes if you press a shortcut and sends this information to EFB. - Does EFB reacts on other shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl-Shift-C for Color Mode)?

- Does FSX reacts on shortcuts?

EFB does not react to any of the shortcuts that are proper to your

program while in FSX focus. FSX reacts to its own shortcuts except

F9,F10,F11 and F12.

(I installed a software, some times ago that brought havoc to my keys.

I uninstalled this culprit as fast as I could, but maybe it has les wounds

here and there.) will keep you informed.

thanks for your generosity.
