Mindstar, the closest thing to a real 530 GNS is totally incompatible with Aivlasoft ...in that Aivlasoft will cause P3D, IF THE PLANE IS LOADED WITH Mindstar 530/430 GNSs, to crash if a flight plan is activated through the Aivlasoft EFB, OR, in fairness, P3D's own built-in flight Plan.
I suspect FSx will Crash as well under the same circumstances. I would love to be shown The error of my Ways.

On the FStramp front, there is a very cool feature which allows ad-hoc holds as in real world ATC holds, on any fix in the sky. The feature asks for the same info that a ATC would provide, namely, fix name, vector to the fix, right or left turn and the approach to the fix. FsTramp then flies the hold for you as an emendation or appendation an existing flightplan.
Is there going to be any similar feature in able Aivlasoft EFB?
On the positive note, Flight 1's SUPER-COOL GTN 750/650 for either FSX or P3D although at a at almost a $20 premium for the latter for identical functionality, brings FSX/P3d v2.x navigation simulation into the new millennium!
Go Figure ... When the programmatic load of in kilobytes indicates that 99% of the program is Garmin's code visa vis their GTN Trainer Light(1040 MB compressed), and less than 1% is flight 1's code
(flight 1 file-size 2.098+.796+.866 MB) including installer=(2.098+.796+.866+4.623)/1040=0.00806057692.))
or less than 1%))
None the less,Flight 1's GTN 750/650 for either FSX or P3D, work swimmingly well with the Aivlasoft EFB!
I have to say on Flight 1's behalf, not only is their GTN 99% identical to the real GTN 750/650(guess why), it doesn't drag your frame rate down even with multiple iterations of either (sold separately BTW)or both gauges.
Now here is where the Aivlasoft EFB comes in.
By right clicking on the simulated memory card on the GTN 750, you can instantly swap to the built-in flight Sim flight plan which of course the Aivlasoft EFB can generate, or a completely DIFFERENT flightplan which you have built AND saved on the GTN series!
How cool is that?
Thank you Flight 1 for finding the hooks into Garmin's code, and thank you Garmin for the superb trainer!
Kudos not to only Flight 1's native support and liberal refund policy but the help through their sterling forum members, Bert Pieke , Tigerclaw and Tiberiu to name only three, is nothing short of outstanding, and I would go back to Flight 1 products in a heartbeat because of that!!!
Regards to all who read this. I try not to fly without my Aivlasoft EFB! Hope y'all find this query/info useful.
