I found some errors in the event viewer so I sent a copy to Support. Hope that helps.

I am not familiar with Windows event viewer and I looked at it and could not find any dataprovider entries. I did not know where to look in th event viewer.

I have been using EFB16832244 with p3d v3 in Windows 7 and the display unit networked on a second desktop successfully for some time. For the last couple of weeks, I begin a flight get airbourne for a few minutes and the display unit says "disconnected from data provider." I then check the data provider and I have an error message: "EFB data provider has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" I always use AS16, PMDG747 v2 or 737, payware airports and PFPX. No ORBX. I recently installed TFDi717 and their addon manager. I have unistalled the 717 and did system restore and still have the same problem occurring every time I fly. I have been using PFPX for my fplan and export it to p3d. I then retrieve this plan and load it to efb as I have always done. When this problem happens and I restart the data provider, load my fplan again everything works fine for a short time and the data provider will stop working as it did before. Is there any other info you need to help me with solving this problem. I really miss my efb as in my opinion it is a great addition to the sim hobby. Thanks Paul Burley

I have Flytampa Kai Tak airport installed in p3d. There are no SIDs or STARs and appr procedures for this airport in EFB. Is there a way I can install these? Thanks Paul

Hi I have been using EFB for a few years with fsx and now p3d v2.5 and am pleased with it. I have the data provider and p3d on one computer and the display unit on another. I use Vroute to download a fplan into p3d. Then I find it in the display unit: press Route setup/ Select/ Saved Routes/ Lockheed Martin Prepar3d. This used to open my p3d saved routes in my main computer. I don't know what happened but now when I open the same path to p3d routes it gives me this file: Aivlasoft/ EFB/ Userdata/ Routes, which is a folder in the Display unit computer. There seems to be a network problem here. Can anyone help me correct this please? Thanks Paul Burley

Is it possible when doing a trans oceanic flight to zoom out on the enroute chart to see the whole fplan on the map view? The farthest I can zoom out shows 0.1 and scale 430nm/800km. I have my EFB display unit on a second computer networked as per your manual. Thanks Paul

I have installed the VHHH airport scenery, ran the Scenery data update and have nothing on the ground chart but the two runways. The aircraft is shown, but no taxiways or parking gates are shown. I have not had this problem with any other addon airports. Can anyone help? thanks Paul
