Coming back. So it's not a problem with the windows theme.

I've just tested with another Windows theme on my laptop and it also works.

 

I'm looking further for my friend Gerard.

Are you running Windows 7 in English or French. It should not make a difference but in some cases it has.

 

Also Are you using a windows theme, if so could you use Windows classic mode theme.

Gerard is one of my French friend and I'll help him because his English isn't his mother language

 

He has a French Windows 7 and me too. On my PC I haven't this problem but I'll check the suggestion you give concerning the windows theme. Currently I've EFB Data unit on a Dell Laptop with the DELL Windows theme under W7 64 bits and everything works fine.

 

I'll post in a few minutes the result with another windows theme.
