Server showing COM offsets (int32)

Since this clean install I have not been having any luck getting the server to talk t the client. As I mentioned earlier FSUIPC, WideFS, Network Mappings, Simconnect and every program that communicates between the Flight PC and the Client PC are working great. I fixed the time issue that another user helped with but now the server is stuck at COM offsets (int32). Is there anything else I can try? I have reinstalled both Server and Client EFB software.
