Hi, now for the third time within a year I want to start EFB and find myself at the registration screen. Basically, overnight the Data Provider seems to have disappeared. Re-entering the registration key does not really help because when starting the program, certain files are missing, today it was the transition level txt file. A new download and complete reinstall helps of course, but does anybody has an idea what could cause this problem? Thanks! Regards Gunter

Hi, it does not have an impact on the depiction of the map it apears only every now and then and it didn't reappear so I couldn't click on it. Regards Gunter

Hi, on the bottom left corner I get a red dot and the Error Line: Earth Surface Paint: Die Eingabezeichenfolge hat das falsche Format". What does it mean and how can I correct it? Thanks! Gunter

Thanks, I tried and removed all entries from the runway.txt file regarding EGCC, but that didn't change anything.

Hi, I have the following problem: Selecting EGCC at the first time, the Data Provider reported runway assignment problems at EGCC for RWYs 05L, 05R, 23L and 23R. It stated that only RWY 06/24 would be available at the FSX. I followed the instructions to edit the runway.txt file and entered the following data: EGCC 06R 05R EGCC 06L 05L EGCC 24R 23R EGCC 24L 23L then emptied the cache and restarted. Now I only have 05R and 23L, the other runway is not available and the ground chart shows no taxiways or parking postions. I use FSX, Win7 64 Bit, ORBX England, Ireland and the free version of UK2000 EGCC. What do I do wrong? Thanks and Cheers Gunter
