hi and nope, i am still using 1.51 and did not realise efb had a few updates, the program has always worked ok without issues until now. i only use fsx +acceleration, i keep getting url errors, any suggestions? best regards, graeme.

hi i know this an old post but it is the exact same issue not being able to connect to server, that i am experiencing for over a week now. at first i thought it was a problem on my side but not so sure after finding this thread, i have tried many times to fix it thinking it may be some sort of simconnect issue but to no avail.as i fly only online, i am sure missing the traffic. any solution would be helpful thanks. best regards, graeme crawford.

hi folks searched the forums with no luck , I had to reformat pc before fsx reinstall all my addons apart from efb were no problem to re activate, unfortunately I also had an email glitch which resulted in losing a lot of data including my efb licence key. I tried the aivlasoft email link given in another similar post, but only get a 404 error not found. any help in reactivating would be much appreciated, it seems after sales direct support with what I imagine is a fairly common issue is not what you would call very user friendly considering the outlay involved to purchase the product. although having used efb for maybe 2 years I would be now lost without It, as it is a truly great addon for flightsim. thanks in advance. regards graeme

hi there, when using routefinder for oceanic flights there is a button called enable/ disable nats where you are inputing your flight info, if you press enable it will give you the proper route and nat coordinates for the flight. otherwise you will always be routed the way your pics show. hope this helps. best regards graeme.

hi folks, i have been receiving the same error the last couple of days on my networked laptop which i also run fsinn on. today i downloaded the lastest update for efb for both fsx computer and laptop display. i now find that i cannot bring up my fsinn control panel from the taskbar as my ptt button no longer works, (saitek yoke) therefore i am unable to use voice on vatsim. until installing the update fsinn was fine. not sure if these issues are related, but hope someone can give a definitive answer than you in advance. best regards graeme.

hi andy , i do have internet explorer installed, and use yahoo as hompage/ browser. sure i read a post, possibly avsim in which someone implied that they had radios working ok using efb, and just assumed this issue had been fixed. maybe i picked it up wrong, obviously i'm mistaken on this point, for now anyway. however still no joy with my problem yet, any ideas? regards graeme.

yes, i can open any other pdf files on the computer and i have numerous, which is why i am puzzled, i asume the download will have some instructions on installation etc, i can open with notepad or word however thats just gobbledegook, i need this download in order to have majestic q400 radios working properly but at the moment i am stumped, i have also googled this problem, but nothing suggested there seems to work either, so i am keen as you can imagine to get the updates installed, and any solutions would be greatfully received. thanks. regards graeme.

hi there, I am having a problem downloading and installing april updates, as I cannot open adobe reader after download. I have retried several times without success warning just comes up document unsupported or may have been sent as an email attachment or corrupted. I have even deleted adobe ,reinstalled checked updates etc still cannot access files, I have lots of other adobe files which open no problem, any ideas, rather frustrated to be honest. thanks, Graeme.

hi there, thanks for that information, however everything on the pedestal worked until i switched approach com frequencies on the dropdown menu. i have now fixed this problem maybe just one of these weird occurencies that happen from time to time within fsx. the only other issue i have now is not seeing online traffic while using ngx, although i have yet to try it with another aircraft. i use fsiin on networked computer, and aircraft show up ok with DU disabled. i have online tfc ticked in settings and vsd off any other suggestions much appreciated. regards graeme.

hi there, to answer your question, i did forget to mention i also have edzok camera installed which i have not had any problems with, i can switch my camera to the pedestal however i cannot physically move any of the switches on the pedestal. the pmdg 737-800 ngx seems to be the only aircraft affected as i have just tried the other stock ngx models and they seem fine only had this problem since selecting comm frequencies on enb during flight and i have'nt got a clue how to fix it . any sugggestions welcome thanks, regards graeme.

hi newbie here, i recently installed efb demo version to try it out and find it to be amazing software which i will be purchasing asap. however i have acouple of issues that have one of which has appeared since i started using the software. i have done a couple of flights online and on both occasions had to disconnect when contacted by app controllers as i could not access any part of my radio pedestal in any way to change squawk or ils frequencies even to switch on lighting or set hgs. maybe i missed something in settings pages but whole thing is just locked and for me this renders the aircraft unflyable using efb at the moment a am trying to set up another flight while on the ground at egpf and i have the same situation. any ideas would be gratefully appreciated a have tried switching comms on efb which seems to work ok but nothing else i am using DU on 2nd computer although i also have it installed on primary fsx computer. i also have fs2crew button version and rex essentials + installed, disabled vsd on fs2 app data and also FO instuments thru fmc options. the other thing and i am aware thru reading the forum i can't see any other online traffic again it may be something i am missing in the manuals or settings pages although i have read them over and over, once again any help would much appreciated, thanks. regards graeme crawford
