Hello, I was curious if there was any update on this? I am experiencing what I believe is a very similar issue with the MEDAM departure from Runway 05 (4P, 4N, and 4Q). Although leaving to the NE, the SID has a route to the SW first. This is very unfortunate as my VA just opened a new hub in Geneva and we have numerous flights to the south of Europe. Maybe I am missing something? Thanks, Thierry
