Oskar, I have it figured out. The reason I couldn't delete a waypoint in the flightplan was because I had resized the window for something and the delete button wasn't showing because of that. Doh... I did read the manual and found that I needed to restart the client. My bad. I apologize for being snarky. Kindest regards, Bill

I go to this screen but can't select a profile. When I select one and click ok it just goes back to the default profile.

This may be related (?) but I also can't delete a waypoint from my flightplans. There is no option to delete the waypoint and I know I've done this before. I've messed something up. Bill

I have checklists for a number of PMDG aircraft and I want to use the same checklist in a 737-800 but can't find a way to use the 737-700 checklist. The CHKL button is greyed out and I have a yellow message saying "A/C is not located at nearest suitable airpor. Switch Profile-Filter OFF". When I go into the profile filters there is no way that I can see to turn it off. When I go into settings and choose an aircraft that has the checklist I want it seems to accept it but then reverts to default and the CHKL button is still greyed out.

Thanks Urs, got the flight plans transferred ok but it's an upgraded version so just redid the settings. All in order.. Bill

I was able to uninstall and then reinstall. Then I copied back in the flightplans and I'm good to go.

I think I've corrupted my EFB installation. Is there a way to save my current settings and flight plans, uninstall my current installation, install from scratch, then copy back in my settings and flight plans? Thanks in advance. I used to have the STAR and rwy info on the Departure screen and SID info on the Arrival screen but both are gone. Did I do something with a keystroke? Sorry if it's in the manual but I couldn't see it. Thx in advance.

I just tried activating the "Online Network" and am still getting the error message.

I'm getting the same error message. If I turn off Online Network the error remains. If I turn off Online Network and restart both the client and dataprovider it's ok.

So I bought the FAOR airport scenery and did the update so I could get FAOR to work in Aivlasoft and I'm getting a "Cannot find airport with ICAO code = FAOR" error. I did the dataprovider update. My bad, I didn't add the scenery first to FSX from the Add Scenery menu.

Not sure what I've done, but the radio frequencies are not showing. After I have activated a flight plan I'll go the the departure chart but the only frequencies there are ATIS. I've double checked my settings but don't see anything there that I've done.

I build a flight plan with sids and stars and add a few waypoints between vors. However, when I save and then reload the changes are not there. I have save procedures checked on both the main page and the save page dialogue. Any help appreciated. Thanks. EDIT: Never mind, my bad. User error... Bill
