  1. I'm updated and using version 2.2.130 and using latest version for FSUIPC. I will post the question to the FSL forum. Thanks.
  2. When using the radio panel, I am able to change both COM1 and COM2 in the a/c, but I am unable to change the Transponder code. Is this something that can be looked at or is it something to do with FSL and can't be changed to work with the radio panel?
  3. If your referring to the Equipment field - look under EFB2 documentation: 5 EN Client - 12.2.1 General "For pilots not using online flying features, an entry into the "Equipment" field is not necessary." If you want to place something there, this is from PFPX for the A330-200 version.
  4. Here's one to start off with. Not a finished product. I'm still working on it. A330.profile.xml
  5. I stand corrected. You are right. Appreciate the support and setting me straight.
  6. I bought the Maddog X x64 yesterday. To my surprise, EFB v2 did not recognize the 82/83/88. 5 EN Client - 12.2.1 General states: Airfile names EFB v2 automatically recognizes the aircraft in use. This is achieved by reading the name of the Air file. This is a specific file which is unique to each airaft installation. It can be identified by its extension *.air. The *.air file for all MS-based Simulators is located inside the installation path of your Simulator: [X]:\[installation path]\SimObjects\Airplanes\[aircraft model] (in the example below Beech_Baron_58.air) The latest version (SP1b351) Maddog X places the *.air files in the following directory: C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\MaddogX\SimObjects\Airplanes I have found no way (I'm still looking) using the Profiles Editor to change the default directory from Simulator: [X]:\[installation path]\SimObjects\Airplanes\[aircraft model] to where the Maddog X stores the *.air files. I suspect v2 has this is hard coded in so there is no way to change it. Temporary fix - In order to make it work for me, I created 2 new folders - X:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\MaddogX MD-82 and X:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\MaddogX MD-83-88. I then copied the *.air files for each a/c into their respective folders. I edited the default MD-82 profile and then created a new profile for the MD-83-88. The client now sees the new aircraft and loads the correct profile. Let me know if there is another solution/work around and if there is not one, could v2 be updated in a future release to be able to change where the default *.air files are stored.
  7. My fault. I guess I just didn't read it correctly and misunderstood the steps. Never had to do the "DIR TO" in earlier versions. Previously, after loading a saved flight and starting P3D, I just reloaded a saved FPL into EFB and it automatically went through the WPT's until it caught up to the current position of the a/c. Switched back to b77 and we're good to go now. Thank you for setting me straight.
  8. Had a backup of previous versions of both server and client which I went back too. Works great now.

  10. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client (b77) and still have the same issue. By chance, is there anybody out there flying now that can verify having same issue I'm having? Let me know. Thanks.
  11. Just want to see if anyone else is having this issue or am I doing something wrong. I started both EFB server and client and cleared the previous FPL. I then started P3D and re-loaded a saved flight (KIAH-PANC). As a test, I then tried re-loading a saved FPL doing it 4 different ways: 1) using "uplink" 2) Using "Create FPL" and selecting the same saved FPL that I up-linked (since it is no longer grayed out) 3) Doing a "Copy and Paste" using the same saved FPL 4) Using "Internet" and loading a totally different FPL (since it is no longer grayed out) It shows up correctly on the client but the WPT never moves in the opened "Flight plan" window to the current location of my a/c. Step 3 worked flawlessly before I updated to this latest version.
  12. Oskar - No benefit whatsoever. After using FSC for so many years, I was used to seeing the AI traffic on the same freq as me change colors. It was just a simple request to see if it could/would be considered as an added feature in a future release to be utilized by those users who choose to use it.
  13. Thank you Pete for supplying the answer. Now for Aivlasoft, do you think that the request I made can be incorporated into a future release?
  14. I'm not a programmer, just a happy user of EFB so I can't answer the question directly but I was just asking to see if it were at all possible. Not sure how FSC managed or how they did the the coding for AI traffic. Some snapshots of FSC. Green traffic is all a/c on the same ATC freq as I am.
  15. Is it possible in a future release to add a selection where AI traffic (on the same ATC freq as your a/c), changes to a color of one's choice? See image. I chose green for this illustration. FSC had this and I'm just wondering if it would be possible in v2.
