I had the exact same problem and my flight plan is clear. I start EFB, go to settings/global before I do anything else, OTS checkbox is grayed out. Updating my AIRAC to be current fixed the problem in my case. AIRAC from Navigraph was out of date by just one day... so it appears a current AIRAC is required. MIchael J Lawrence

Perfect. As far as documentation -- I read the client manual quite thoroughly. May I suggest you include the path you gave me here on page 61. When I'm reading a section on how to use a feature, it does not occur to me to look at another manual. Using features and installing software are two separate mental paradigms. -Mike

What does this mean? "Inside the datapath of the Client you will find a folder named "\Library" I'm guessing this refers to a folder ... somewhere ... where I can drop in files like speed cards and then see them in the DOC page using the "Library" button. But the explanation is vague at best. Where is this mysterious "Library" of which you speak? -Mike
