Hello Urs, i dont know for what you are using the ntp-server-check. For checking the internetconnectivity, you can find other code, that are using ping Tests. May be that is more fault-tolerant. For example here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2031824/what-is-the-best-way-to-check-for-internet-connectivity-using-net

I have the same Problem. Only every 10. start of the EFB Server is succesfull. May be the configured timeservers are badly reachable from Berlin. In the screenshot you can see, that the timeserver time.windows.com is reachable.
