Dear All, I appear to be suffering EXACTLY the same problem, but I do not understand, what do you mean by "I tried a convention (manual) download from Navigraph, NOT using the download manager"? Let me better explain: I have purchased from Navigraph Cycle 1707 some time ago, and that's the cycle that gives me problems with EFB. I have visited Navigraph site but I did not find any way to manually download the cycle that I have purchased. How did you download it? Thank you so much for the help! Bests, Riccardo

Dear Staff, my current EFB version is 1.6.7 (apparently I have missed some updates!) I should need to update my EFB from V. 1.6.7 to V. 1.6.8 in order to subsequently run the update downloadable from your site (from V.1.6.8 to the newest version 1.6.13). I did not see any way to do this, except the full re-install. Should I download and run the full re-install? Any help to help me solve this issue would be greatly appreciated, Thank you very much, Riccardo
