Extremely annoyed now, I thought give the guys a fighting chance to crack on and solve it, but when they cannot even be bothered to take time out to acknowledge a customers request for information or update the people that paid them good money for a product, then this is not acceptable. Apologies if I have sounded off unnecessarily and I have missed an update somewhere, but as it stands I am unable to find one thus far.
