SOLVED I was having similar problems with vPilot and was in discussion with its developer Ross Carlson. Turns out that AVG antivirus is the culprit. I removed AVG from my system and the errors I was getting in vPilot and EFB are gone. When I try to enter a route manually as soon as I type a letter into the route box the exception error occurs. Clicking Continue and the program runs normally without being able to enter the route manually. Click Quit crashes the program. It looks like the buggy days of flight simulation are returning.
