Hello, Demo'd the product and liked it so much I bought it. However, ever since entering my license key - my networked EFB has not worked. The DataProvider works fine but the Display Unit - after entering all of the re required set up data - does not load. It sits at the splash screen and does nothing. Any thoughts? Cant find anywhere to enter a support ticket so any help would be amazing.
